Authentic Sanwa Joystick Parts

The QRAF 4 uses the same high grade Sanwa joystick and pushbuttons you'd expect from Tournament Edition hardware.  You can remove and replace them with any Sanwa part, such as colored pushbuttons, balltops, battops or an octagonal restrictor gate. Update: the 24mm start button is a different build, but all other buttons are Sanwa.  To replace the start button with a Sanwa OBSF-24 snap-in pushbutton, remove the plastic side tabs on the button.  Seimitsu 24mm screwbuttons also work well.

Solid build

Solid Vewlix-inspired arcade construction gives your hands a place to rest while the joystick's optimal weight prevents accidental shifts during gameplay. The bottom plate is finished with felt cloth and soft rubber feet for maximum comfort during gameplay. XBOX360 wired headset jack is also available for XBOX Live communication.  All of this is built into an attractive, unique case that few will mistake as a commonplace tournament edition joystick.  (Note: Red/White version does NOT contain a carrying handle.)

PC/Windows Compatibility

The Q4 RAF PS3 and 360 modes offer different levels of compatibility with WinOS systems:

• PS3 mode: Will work with windows systems without the need for drivers
• 360 mode: No drivers needed for Windows VISTA/7. Versions of Windows XP will require drivers to run.

Depending on some games that do not work with modern joysticks, you may need to switch modes (analog to digital) or download joytokey and map the up, down, left right on the keyboard to their respective inputs on the stick. Note for PS3 Users:
The LED will flash when the Qanba Q4 RAF is first plugged into the system. While the LED is flashing, press the Home button to register the joystick to first available controller slot.
