Dual Action. The KDiT 35mm bi-color joystick balltop features an exquisite primary color blend with an additional bonus - LED compatibility.
The threaded insert used to secure the balltop to the joystick shaft is hollow. Coupled with a hollow joystick shaft, you can wire a small (3x5mm) single white or RGB LED.
Many of the colors available to the KDiT Kori Balltop series has an approximate color similarity to Sanwa's OBSC Series of pushbuttons, shafts and dustwashers. The bi-color balltops are currently available in three color combinations: Red/Purple, Green/Yellow, and Violet/Blue.
This balltop fits the Sanwa and Seimitsu line of joysticks that accept 35mm. That includes our common line of Sanwa JLF joysticks, such as the Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT Joystick, Sanwa JLF-TRG-8YTH.SK Silent Microswitch Joystick, and Seimitsu joysticks.
The quality on this balltop is really nice, it has no mold lines or spots, unlike standard balltops. The color is more or less as pictured, as long as it's on a white background. Against black plexi you'll still see color, they just appear more dark. Overall exactly what I was hoping for. Unknown on Nov 30th 2015
So I bought this with the intention of getting a violet/red toned ball top. The picture shown is actually more accurate than the title. The one I received is more of a blue/violet tone with a hint of red shown. I assume they probably vary a bit due to production methods. Still looks great with the art I have on my stick so no big deal, but I know a lot of people are confused about the color so I felt I should shed some light. Mando on Sep 21st 2015
Lets be honest - it's a pretty standard balltop so it's hard to go wrong. However if, as I would expect, you're buying this for the nice set of colours, know that it actually looks even better in reality than you'd expect from the images seen here. I don't currently have an LED mod in my joystick, but after getting one of these it's definitely on the to-do list. Unknown on Aug 19th 2015
